Answer: To place an order, simply send ua an email order. We'll just need you name, phone number, a valid email address, and a detailed description of the cap(s) you want (design, style, quantity) to accept your order. After you have submitted your request we will respond as soon as possible with an invoice that you can review. If everything is to your liking, simply click "Pay" inside the invoice email, and you will be routed through PayPal where you can pay using your PayPal account or an accepted credit/debit card. (You do not need a PayPal account).
Question: How do I modify or change my order?
Answer: If our first shot at meeting your need should fall a little short (i.e. something is amiss in the invoice or photo sample), email us back at "Answers" to request a modification or cancellation of the order.
Question: How do I know what fabric designs are available?
Answer: The fabrics displayed on our patterns page will give you a pretty accurate idea of the kinds of designs we have available. Since some fabrics are discontinued or modified by their original manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that every fabric is available exactly as shown... but, we will do our best to match your request.
Question: Are your caps really made in the U.S.A.?
Yes! From our fabrics to our hat labels, our caps are 100% homegrown and U.S.A. produced! Our only regret is that we couldn't find a sewing machine made in the U.S.A. as well!
